E&A Meeting
The NAMI San Diego Education and Advocacy Meetings take place once a month on the first Thursday from 6:30pm-8:00pm
They are held at the University Christian Church (3900 Cleveland Ave. San Diego CA 92103).
At the meeting from 6:30pm-7:00pm there is an “Ask the Dr. session” where a psychiatrist is available to answer questions about mental health related topics.
From 7:00pm-8:00pm there are rotating speakers on various topics including health and wellness with an emphasis on mental wellness.
